1.1 Your must back up your system before upgrading in case of any data loss due to misoperation.
1.2 Upgrade when nobody is using ZenTao.

1.3 Please read our upgrade instruction carefully.

2. Actions required after upgrade 

2.1 There will be functions added or adjusted in each version. Therefore, administrator has to check and adjust privileges once successfully upgraded.
2.2 Know the functions and do trainings accordingly.
