Privilege Adjustment

The privilege system of ZenTao Max is adjusted as follows:

Access control for top-level programs

Private (accessible to project portfolio holders and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
Default(user who can visit the program can access it)

Access control for sub programs

Private (accessible to this program set leader and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
Default (user who can visit the program can access it)
Open within the program (accessible to all higher-level program directors and affiliates, as well as to this program director and affiliates)

For access control

Private (accessible to this program set leader and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
Default (user who can visit the program can access it)

For access control

Private (accessible to this program set leader and stakeholders, stakeholders can follow up maintenance)
Default (user who can visit the program can access it)
Open within the program (accessible to all higher-level program directors and affiliates, as well as to this program director and affiliates)

Default ( you can access with product view permission) → Public (Stakeholders of the respective program, team members and stakeholders of the associated project can access)
Private products (only product-related leaders and iteration team members can access) → Private ( Stakeholders of the respective program, team members and stakeholders of the associated project can access)
Custom whitelist (team members and whitelist members can access) → Access whitelist

Default settings (you can access with iterative view permissions) → inherit project access permissions (you can access the current project when you can access it)
Private iteration (only members of the iteration team can access) → Private (accessible to team members, project leaders, and stakeholders)
Custom whitelist (team members and whitelist members can access) → access whitelist
